Usually wear a Large but most of the 'Novelty' helmets were fitting big. So I bought a Medium + seems a little snug when first put on, but after a couple minutes the helmet doesn't even seem to be on your head. Ridiing feels like I am just wearing a baseball hat.

Like the helmet, good quality, light weight, once it forms to your head it is very comfortable. I was very upset with the company, ordered a graphic helmet, was told it was in stock, 2 wks later, no helmet, called, won't have any more for months, VERY PISSED. Went with a solid.
