INSTALLATION WAS SIMPLE. COULD HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT DIRECTIONS. I INSTALLED THESE WITH A HYPERCHARGER AND GOT ALOT OF SNAP, CRACKLE AND POP. YOU WILL NEED SOME SORT OF F.I. MODULATOR WITH THIS SET UP. I WENT WITH THE TFI AND AM HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING IT DIALED IN PROPERLY. THE THINGS I DONT LIKE ABOUT THESE PIPES ARE BACK PRESSURE SOUND AT SHIFTING (MAYBE COULD BE SOLVED WITH SOME PERFORMANCE BAFFLES?) AND CHUG-CHUG SOUND ON THE DECEL. Notice that these are drag pipes and most likely will not improve performance. These exhaust have notorious issues with bluing and chrome peeling. Take that into consideration as well, i had these on my sabre and they did start to blue after 14k miles and 3 years; garage kept during the winter. Never noticed chrome chipping personally. These do not have the "bub" indented into the pipe like my last set had. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

Put on 2 1/8" Thunder Monsters by Big City Thunder. Sounded great. Unfortunately pipe is routed right beside right leg and caused pants to melt into metal. Rear pipe also discolored very quickly. Cheap alternative to more expensive pipes but not the best in any catagory. Recommendation is to keep looking! Review Details 4 out of 4 members found this review helpful.
