I think I paid about $70 new. Too bad that they don't make these anymore. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

Put them on today, Hope I got them on right, cause they work great. Used the suction cup hangers instead of the little rubber glue on dodads. Test drove slow, fast, chased down a big rig, work great there to. Cold day 47 degrees high wind, didn"t want to stop riding. Really make a big difference in the wind coming up in my face. Look great on my O & C Honda Aero. Would recomend these to anybody. Review Details 1 out of 1 members found this review helpful. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

I had to cut channels and create a special wrench to install these lowers. Some instructions or a warning for the Cobra/Memphis issue would have been appreciated. I had to research this with the seller, many Aero riders and even the original creator of this product. Now that they are installed, the performance at speed is quite good. I agree with some that these should have been created about twice as thick as they are to avoid the vibrations and rattles. As someone out there suggested, use 25 cent suction cups vs. the sticky rubber bumpers supplied. After 700 miles I can say that the rattling does not bother me anymore - heck everything else rattes too. Performance on a 500 mile trip was EXCELLENT. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Joe (AeroRider7) from Brookhaven, MS, United States, for a 1100 Shadow Aero wrote: I could not ride without mine on....but I did experience a lot of problems keeping the little rubber pads in place between fork and lower. I gave up and went to Wal-Mart and got some small clear rubber suction cups in the arts and crafts department. They work just fine. I think this is a little pricey, but worth it. Too bad they can't maunufacture a windshield that you didn't have to purchase lowers to enjoy. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
