First thing I did was change my stock seat for a Mustang Vintage seat with passanger pillion! This backrest doesn't fit with the Mustang passenger seat! My wife loves it, and says the height is perfect. She is 5'8" and it sits right in the small of her back. She can lean back now and isn't concerned about sliding off. It installed on the outside of the fender ribs, and the screws were too small to work with my saddle bags, had to go to ACE Hardware store to buy screws too. Was kind of a pain to install under the saddlebags. The fact that there were no installation instructions and the bolt holes connecting the mounting brackets to the seat frame didn't line up was more than a little irritating. Cruiser Customizing sent the wrong mounting brackets, but when I called to complain, they were AWESOME about getting the correct part sent out.
