Gloves provide excellent heat but I find them to be a bit bulky. The connectors are on the inside (palm side) of the gauntlet and with the length of my jacket sleeves it makes it awkward to route the wiring back up to the connector and is pretty crampted

Purchased these originally in the fall of '07. Widder is out of business as of late '08. Gloves, vest, wires etc. can still be found to replace damaged product you may have, but I don't recommend buying at any price now, plus I had bad luck with the gloves and the wire harness broke after a while. Some brands offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY. Look for these companies. These are a GREAT item if you get a good make! I loved these gloves while they worked!

Gloves made on the large side; i ordered a small and normally wear medium to large. Good quality and comfortable, also easi to install. Don't forget to get all the necessary wires as the gloves don't come with them. They heat quickly and in a couple of minutes your hands will be very comfortable. My thumbs get a bit cold as the heating element in on the outside of the fingers and the wind hits my thumbs from the opposite direction. An obvious design flaw from Widder. I didn't get the thermostat because of the high and have to rely on the on/off switch. Be careful not to leave them on too long as i burned my hands (one second degree burn on a knuckle with some blistering) on my first ride. I got some undergloves at my local dealer so hopefully that will clear up the issue. Overall very satisfied and the customer service rep at Widder Canada was very helpful.

Actually, I've got the Gerbings Heated gloves. Easy hook-up, mounted the on/off switch on the front side of saddlebags, and plenty of heat. I should have bought these 6 years ago!

If you need a small part from Widder you'll pay a $9.75 UPS charge even if the part costs very little. They won't give you a choice as "we don't trust the US Mail to be dependable." Expensive "customer service." The gloves are oversize but a tight fit only makes your hands colder and harder to heat. Be careful overly long wires don't get loose, drag or catch in wheels. Happened to me.

Just got them and am really impressed. The fit is great and they're not too bulky for riding. Haven't really tested them on a big trip yet but on the small test that I did I know I'm going to be happy.

Must have if you have fingers that get cold easy. I ordered a pair of Warm Gear gloves from another site which ended up costing me more to get through customs. Knowing that I would order from here as they ship through normal mail. But a mus to have on cold days. Connection was easy.

Got the new Gerbing version of these. If you want to ride in winter - these are pretty much a MUST. It's amazing how nice it is to have WARM hands when the temp outside is around 20 degrees.

A must have if you do any cold weather riding. They get very warm and keep the wind out. I use them in 45 degree weather even without plugging them in and they do just fine on shorter trips. The on off switch is a very nice feature so you dont have to try and unplug them while you are going down the road.

The gloves I got look almost exactly like these. The only difference is mine aren't electric. However, they still do an excellent job of keeping my hands warm.
