I actually have a set of Olympia Wind-Tex Kevlar gloves I got when I bought my Gold Wing. They are an all leather glove and the quality is excellent. I've never used them on my Wing because of the full fairing my hands have never been that cold. I finally installed a hook-up on my Vulcan 1600 out of sheer necessity. I've been riding to work this February with morning tempertures running 12` to 15` and my hands were numb at the end of my 35 mile commute. Let me tell you the electric gloves are the only way to go when you want to keep your hands warm. I know everyone out there has, at one time or another, said "the only thing that got cold were my hands. If I could have kept my hands warm the ride would have been perfect." Well electric gloves will make that ride perfect for me from now on. If you want to keep the cost down, Gerbing makes an electric glove liner for around $75.
