RIDES: I've been riding since before Three Dog Night had hits. Yamaha RD100, Kawa Z250, Suzuki TM250, Z400, CB500Four, GS850, Z1000, Fatboy. Now I have a convertible for thrashing round windy country roads esp. on wet days and a Jeep for offroad but I've always wanted a cruiser for those lazy summer days. The VRod, VTX, RoadStar & Warrior were on my list but the Vulcan 2000 won me. Engine size didn't factor. This baby had bits I wanted from each bike as stock; stretch tank, belt drive, hard tail look, wide arse, lotsa chrome and great lines...........
Anyway, I did my homework and ordered mine sans test drive. First one sold in Oz too. Yay!! This cruiser is easy on the eyes, easy on the wallet and sooooo easy to ride. My kind of freewheelin fun. Woohooo!!!! Now if only the aftermarket parts makers would just catch up...........
