(5 stars) reviewed on 04/01/11 byIvoryDawg (IvoryDawg) from Colorado Springs, CO, United States, for a 2004 1800 VTX1800R (Retro) wrote: These things are excellent! I ended up putting them on my bike, my truck, my car, and my Mom's truck (since I have to perform the maintenance for her...now she can tell me when her tires need air). I no longer have to check the tire pressures with a gauge to know if it is time to add air. Now I just monitor the caps and when a little yellow starts to appear, it is time to add air. What a time saver! Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

(5 stars) reviewed on 08/30/10 byBull (rmeznar) from Samobor, Croatia, , Europe, for a 2006 900 Vulcan Classic wrote: Excellent product. One of the best investments. Accu-Pressure Safety Caps are very reliable. Prior to installation, tire pressure would lose, especially out of season, which now no longer the case. I do not need to constantly check tire pressure at the gas station and waste time. I threw all the hand-held pressure gauge. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

(5 stars) reviewed on 05/31/10 byDirtyred (dirtyred42) from Bossier City, LA, United States, for a 2003 wine 1800 VTX1800C wrote: Installed a pair on my first set of factory tires, at factory pressure on the VTX1800C. They held the pressure fine, but the tires were crap and the recommended pressure was too low. The tires cupped and wore out too early. Now I am testing the pressure on a set of Dunlop Elite III's to see how they wear before I buy another set. And I will get another set. They took the worry out of correct tire pressure. I still checked it at regular intervals for the first few months to insure the accuracy of the caps. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

The only trouble with mine was I used Honda's recommended pressure. Which was too low for those orginal dunlops. The tires wore out too soon. I found out about the increased tire pressure after checking the forums. So be sure of what pressure you are going to run before you buy. I will still use the second set.
