I have the Arlen Ness Grooved Slingshot mirrors, which are very much like these but are oval shaped on the mirror edge -- not slanted as here. Both these, though, and the Slingshots don't give you much viewing area and can be risky in heavy traffic. The biggest problem, however, is that they constantly vibrate loose because of the adapter bolt having 2 places for nut tightening, rather than the one threaded joint nut that comes with the stock mirror. You can fix this easily, though, by applying J&B Bond adhesive or other metal adhesive to the thread on the upper joint and let it set overnight, then attach them in the morning only having to tighten the threads that fits into your calipers.
