The “Drop Seat Kit” is a bolt on frame accessory designed for easy installation.
There is no cutting, crimping or welding involved. No specialty tools are needed,
basic hand tools will complete the installation. The average installation takes
approximately 3 to 3 1/2 hours from start to finish. All hardware and materials you
will need in order to convert your motorcycle is provided in the drop seat kit.

Fits ‘09 and newer touring models

Special Note 1: If you have a 2010 thru 2012 CVO STREET GLIDE
FLHX or CVO ROAD GLIDE ULTRA FLTR motorcycle, the PAUGHCO’S
Bagger-Werx™ Drop Seat Kit should not be installed as it will cause
the rear tire to rub on the battery box which could lead to serious
injury or death. These models are equipped with an 18", high profile
rear tire. We do not recommend doing so but possibly using a lowprofile
18" rear tire such as Metzeler or another brand rear tire may
afford enough clearance to allow for installation of the PAUGHCO’S
Bagger-Werx™ Drop Seat Kit on these models. IMPORTANT: You
should check the tire manufacturers specifications and your Harley-
Davidson service department recommendations before ordering and
installing a low profile tire on these models.
Special Note 2: If you have a 2010 thru 2012 CVO STREET GLIDE
FLHX or CVO ROAD GLIDE ULTRA FLTR equipped with adjustable rear
shocks, it will be necessary to replace them with Harley-Davidson air
shocks (OEM #54565-09). This air shock must be used to replace
the FL CVO adjustable non-air shock before installing PAUGHCO’S
Bagger-Werx™ Drop Seat Kit.
Special Note 3: PAUGHCO’S Bagger-Werx™ highly recommends
that the PAUGHCO’S Bagger-Werx™ Drop Seat Kit be installed by a
qualified Harley-Davidson technician. Note: If there have been any
changes from the OEM stock rear wheel, tire or shocks, it is the
responsibility of the installer to check all clearances when installing
the Bagger-Werx™ Drop Seat Kit

I bought a 2010 Super Glide in 2010, the only reason I got that bike is because I am only 5.5" and with a super reduce sola seat i could put both feet flat on the ground. After riding it for a few months I wanted a bigger bike but could only put one foot on the ground are if both feet only my toes. The local Harley shop suggested lowering the suspension 1", but in Louisianna the roads are bad so I did not want to mess with the suspension. After much research I found this product. Was a little concerned about the installtion since I am not a mechanic. I wathced the videos and decided that I would give it a try, it took me about 5 are 6 hours to do and 3 are 4 beers. I have had it on my bike for two months now and glad I do, it is nice to put both feet flat on the ground plus it looks good. Thanks to the Cruiser Community for carrying this produt. Forgot to mention that I did shop arround for this and Cruiser did have the best price. Thanks guys.
