UPDATE: The light was so bight I had to unhook the the backlit connection.  It was too distracting even during daylight riding.  Don't need to see the tach at night anyway. NOT blue like some of the reviews state. The reviews that claim it is a blue backlight are for a different model. This is a nice looking tach, and the chrome housing makes it look top notch. It includes a single fire adapter, which sells for $30 if you bought it individually. Contrary to the pictures shown, there are NO black screws or whatever on the face of the unit, which makes it look nicer. The mount is really unique and high quality as well. Sharp looking product. I also bought the master cylinder mount so it takes up no extra room on my bars. Worth the extra $40. The light is awsome, like a solid white, I wish I could make my speedometer the same color to match. When I start the bike it goes all the way up and then back, looks cool.
