    By installing a 31 tooth front drive pulley lowers your final drive ratio, you should have enough adjustment in your belt to accomodate for the change. If you change your rear sprocket/pulley this will affect your drive ratios as well so if you are to change the rear check to see what effect a different pulley will do.
