As such, did not greatly improve pillion comfort. They look much better than pegs though and ability to fold up when riding without pillion is nice. On mine, a layer of chrome peeled off in some sections on both floorboards after a few months, so finish seems to be of low quality (perhaps I got a 'Friday' job?). The whole installation took about 30 minutes for both sides. The VStar passenger pegs are not in a very good leg position for long hauls. I was hoping to lower and move them forward a little to get better leg position and more heel clearance from the bags for the passenger. After install the boards WILL alow passenger better foot movement than the pegs (which allowed none), but the addaptors didn't do much to relocate the foot position. The boards took forever to get to me. Only complaint I have about buying stuff here...and I've bought a ton of stuff. Review Details  Was this review helpful to you?  Yes No
