Funny, she never complained about the foot pegs 20 years ago. They are a little pricey but I wanted the adjustability. It turned out that she liked them flat but that is something that you cant find out until they are on the bike. It lists that these will not fit the vstar 1100 silverado models on some websites because of the saddle bag supports. I ended up installing them on the forward set of holes that are located on the saddlebag bracket where the foot pegs were mounted to give her additional forward placement. the only problem was that it interfered with the exhaust so I had to purchase 1.25" chrome spacers to offset the bracket. that provided the needed clearance.
