Had to remove horn to get bolts out and was hard scraping off old gasket due to the location. I did not want to remove radiator. Placed valve behind key switch so I didn't have to put a load resistor across valve wires. Hidden now and no problem. If you don't do one or the other above your ef light will remain on. Was having bogging, stalling, stumbling and severe pop on decel due in part to carboned p.a.i.r. reed valve. After install, rode for 45 minutes, all above issues seem to be resolved.
