This is great!! I am so impressed how much more torque I have now! This is how the clutch should be. ON the downside it is harder to pull now which kinda sucks when you are stuck in traffic but, I still recommend it.

I"m returning this .. But only because my bike already had this clutch and I didn't know it. So if you buy a used bike.. make sure you find out all of the little detales about it before you tear down part of your bike to do an upgrade and find out its already there like I did. the Clutch works great ,I was just trying to upgrade to a heavy duty clutch because I pull a trailer behind the bike.

Makes a world of deference. There is a much smoother feel to the clutch operation. It stoped all of my clutch slipage.

Dealer install the SR-2 Clutch Conversion Kit from Yamaha Sports Center, 800-926-2420 (best price), & replace the Oil pump Gear, clutch cover gasket. The kit get rid of the diaphragm and pressure plate, and replace it with a single piece with six fine-tuned springs for better controll, and stronger engagement of the clutch. A must when you install performance parts on your Roadstar. You will fill the difference.
