Sounds is very loud, and not quite as deep at I wanted them. However when I packed the baffles the sound is deeper, and still loud but not overbearing. Air flow appears to be much better also. The look is great, very classic.

Bottom line-my suggestion are as follows: 1.When you get the pipes pull the baffles out and "WRAP" them.That gives them a deeper sound and takes away that extra bark these have. 2.Take your stock rubber mounts completely out. Place a thick washer inside hole putting stock bolt with stock washer through it. place the same size washer on bottm side then cap it off with supplied lock washer and nut. I ordered an extra set of clamps from Barons with pipes to cover up that nasty gap till you can find some pretty stuff at your local bike swap meet.Overall with these suggestions these pipes sound great on this bike. really nice. Glad I bought them

Nice sound. Not too loud at idle. Very easy to install. Spring washers came with pipes were wrong size. Holes on the brackets were too big, so I had to use extra washer for them.
