Very smooth operation. I put my coil wire between a diode and a Dynatec shift minder input. I don't know if that made it smother with a very steady idle or not. I saw so many reviews about it being shaky at idle. Mine is steady. Looks great on the bike right between the handle bar risers perfectly. Nice piece of work.

Tach is easy to install and works fine. Has all the connectors to hook up to coil. Had to lift up fuel tank a little to install but only took 45 minutes to install.
