It mathes stock speedo well but still looks custom. Only complaints are: 1) Wire harness is 6" too short to install without having to splice on more wire. 2) Bulb for illumination is too bright, way brighter than the speedo. I am currently looking for a lower watt bulb. Update: I could not fnd a lower watt bulb that fit so I painted about the top 3/4 of the bulb with high-heat paint. Now the intensity matches the speedo light & is not so bright at night. Update: I was able to transfer this part from my 750 ACE to my 1100 Aero, looks & works great! At idle speed reads about right, runs to about 500 RPM slow at 6000. Will live with it now rather than go through international warranty traumas. You'll need some extra wire to run along the frame and up to the neck cover area. The direction were clear enough for the novice to follow. The baklight on the gauge is bright.
