still evaluating. not easy to set up on a Vulcan 2000. with the nacelle covering the risers and the clutch and throttle cables coming up over the bars making placement difficult. cannot be viewed directly on can only be offset to left with the clutch cable routed over. and the rotation option is nice, but not applicable here.

I fought with the installation and finally mounted it left of center like most people. The tach looks great but the needle bounces like crazy so I finally bit the bullet and removed it.

Easy install, but now waiting on the adapter wiring to get it to function properly. Nice piece. Well made. Tach needle bounces a bit. Uneven lighting on tach face, but not distracting.

looks good mounted where the key used to be. you need a tach adapter to hook up the wiring.

Looks good and works which is more than I could say for the Drag Specialties one I ordered first. It worked for about 2 minutes before it went haywire. I went ahead a spent more and got the Baron which is much better looking and better made. It is a difficult fit on the VN2000, I had to mount it on the upturn of the handlebar as there was just not enough room on the horizontal area with the large headlight nacille. I might move this to my Nomad and find a smaller one that will mount better on the 2000.
