This came on the bike when I bought it, so I can't say as if I have noticed a performance increase over the stock air system. However, I do like the looks of it!

Love this Big Air Kit! Can tell a big difference in performance and in sound, paired with the Vance and Hines Cruzers. The only thing that gave me problems was the installation. And it wasn't the kit's fault. When installing the jet kit, the phillips screws on the bike were so tight that I stripped  about half of them. What would've been a 2 hour job ended being about a 6 due  to the screws. Directions were just OK. A lot of youtube helped me out. I am by no means a mechanic. But If I was able to do this, than anyone can. Bike sounds great, and can tell a big difference in performance. My only tip is when installing, beware of your stock screws when getting to the carburetor to do the needle and jet part. Try not to strip them or your day will get frustrating.

    Need some advice. I have a 2003 V star 650 Classic. I have installed Vance and Hines Cruzer exhaust and this past weekend I just installed the Baron Big Air Kit. I rejetted the engine with the jet kit supplied (which was a pain due to the screws kept stripping on the bike). However, I managed to complete the task. Contacted Baron and they recommend I use the 130 main jets. I followed the instructions and adjusted the fuel mixture screw 3 turns. Now when I start the bike from a cold start, it bikefires.....loud.

    Any help/recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
