Great product! I noticed an immediate difference in the power the motor generated. It sounds pretty cool when you crack the throttle open too! Instructions are very good and installation is relatively easy. Videos available really help, especially with the air tube routing, which is the toughest part of the install.

Very pleased with the BAK. It was easy to install with only basic tools. The slim profile was an added benifit, my leg does not contact the cover like it did with the OEM air cleaner cover. Looks good and does improve proformance.

I have had the BAK on my bike since June of '08 and I have not had any bad experiences. The craftsmanship of the product is top notch and the look is clean yet eye-catching. I would still recommend this product to anyone and I am pleased with my purchase.

This intake looks great and really fits well in the space where the stock intake goes. It is real solid and the chrome is just plain beautiful. I can feel and hear the extra air being sucked in by this intake. A definite improvement over the stock one. Installation is fairly straight forward and if you have any know how you won't have a problem. If you are not familiar with your bike then get it professionally installed.

Overall, 3 out of 5 starz good points: looks nice; adds some more umph to the motorbike (3-4 hp); better sound because the metal outer cover acts as a resonator(bit throatier than stock airfilter). ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Bad points: backplate has the holes for the throttle body drilled out too high. If you put in the screws from the old airfilter it will cause a 1.5 mm warpage in the H&N filter frame. I solved this by milling some other screws with a smaller head and putting them on; > after installation throttle knob assembly was too visible, and i had to airbrush it black to make it less conspicuous; >after installation some white labels on the electronics on the left of the airfilter were also visible, airbrushed them too;

10x's Better than I thought it would be. I can feel the extra power and my pipes are louder. Install took 45 minutes. I went step by step and it went smooth. One hose under gas tank was hard to get to but other than that it went easy. It looks GREAT too!!!

I bought this about six months ago and I love it, It really gives the bike a mean look. I noticed a little bit of extra power in the pick up, but thats about all. If you have bigger hands, like I do, Assembly may be a little difficult if you don't plan on removing the tank.

The instructions were not terribly clear about connections. However, I did it in about an hour. The BAK certainly makes a difference both in sound and pick up. It makes my bike louder and faster & isn't that what it's all about??

wasn't too bad installing. The longer hose re-routing was a challenge. I'm by no means mechanical, but if I can do it anyone can. Did make a difference...I'm very pleased with the look!

I installed this product along with my Cobra Slashdowns and it definitely improved pull and sound. The smooth cover makes the bike look awesome while keeping it clean looking. The install has an estimated 60min install time, but it really only takes about 30min. It is very easy to install and comes with everything you need. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a simple upgrade with noticeable effects.
