When it arrived there were parts missing for the mounting hardware. I called and was told it would be easier for me to go to a local hardware store and buy them rather than sending them. After suggesting I send back the engine guard they called Baron and are to send the parts within 24 to 48 hrs. The instructions are not bad but it would help none mechanical people to include diagrams instead of just type written directions. I will think twice before ordering Baron products again. 08/05/11 received missing parts. Install was fairly simple overall.
