Tena Koe. This is an awesome product. I had no trouble with fitting the risers. I changed the handlebars as i was getting sore shoulders with the sock setup, but not with the new ones. These risers with the lower and wider bars, help to take away the uncomfortable feeling in my lower back too. They do the job real well, and they complement the bike. With this setup, i'v had to extend the cables. I now ride for ALOT longer. Kia Ora.

I installed this item on my 2005 V-Star 1100 Custom and I can say that the installation is easy, straightforward and roughly 30 minutes if you don't have to relocate any cables. Just a heads up to the V Star owners out there I had to relocate my cables from in front of the triple tree to all cables/wires behind it. The added height and pullback placed a lot of tension on the cables until I relocated them and then everything was fine with no pinching. Installation time after relocating everything was a little over an hour. I went for an 80 mile ride immediately after installing these and I can say that the comfort level went up 10 fold. No more leaning forward to grab the bars now I can sit on my bike and the bars are easily reached. My ability to control the bike at low speeds also greatly increased due to the improved ergonomics. The only complaint I have is that the bolts that hold down the handlebars rusted after I washed the bike. I recommend getting caps or reusing old one...

Much better riding position. no more leaning forward . I did replace the brake and cables with a +2 braided stainless kit. The stock lines and cables were just too tight for my liking, but the extra cost was worth it. Looks Great !!!!!

was getting sore back because stock bars were too far forward for me. These have helped solve the problem. Put choke cable and throttle cables in front of triple tree and had a brake master cylinder hose made up 4" longer up as stock unit was too short. A relatively time consuming install but worth the effort.

Contrary to previous reviews, this accessory will not fit my bike unless I purchase longer cables. Even trying to route the cables to the back of the tree does not work. These bad boys are going back in the cupboard until I can afford new cables.

Installation was straight forward. The hardest part was loosening the stock riser bolts. Then I had to buy a 22mm socket to install the new ones. The bolts are rusting now, it's been over a year. These risers REALLY make the handlebars FEEL a lot closer. I am not sure this is where I want my handlebars to be, but I have gotten used to it.

Easy installation, look good, but front brake line is getting stretched a bit and clutch cable had to be rerouted.

Very nice... Install was easy. had to reroute cables behind triple tree...especially break line. make sure nothing is binding. take off headlight to pass break assembly through the triple tree.
