Decent, but a severe pain to get on. Took 2 of us quite a bit of time twisting and tightening and loosening and readjusting and re-tightening to get these on right. It stunk because the risers and the bolt are 2 seperate pieces (unlike the stock ones where the nut is the only seperate piece). We also had to drill bigger holes in the windshield mount and cable guide plate since the bolts were larger than the stock parts. The fit is okay but they push me back in the seat a little far - rise is okay but pullback is too drastic for this bike. Will be in the hunt still for either different risers or a new set of handlebars. Wasn't too keen on the fact that the chrome screws have already started rusting in the allen holes. Need to get some plugs to cover that up. The upside of these was bringing my aftermarket mirrors up over my sleeves so I can see better behind me, and the burn in my left shoulder isn't there anymore - traded it for an elbow ache though! A more updated review..... I ha...

These no longer have 12mm bolts, Baron ships them with 14mm bolts, so you have to drill your triple tree or buy different ones. Do NOT buy these thinking they are 12mm.

Unless you have a reamer and steped drills it would be difficult to install because of the way the original bars mount in the tri-clamp. The bar bolt bushings are mounted in rubber. I did NOT like the fact that I had to drill out the bushings!!!!!!!

Excellent quality chrome. Looks great! These risers brought the bar back just enough to make my ride so much better. I should have purchase these risers years ago. No more shoulder stiffness after a long ride. Just about a year after writing the previous review, I found the chrome on these risers begining to flake off. Now I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this product.

I purchased the risers used online. Initial quality and workmanship looked very good. This was my first Baron's product and I have only heard good things about them. Installation was fairly easy thanks to the pointers from ISRA members, but the bolts did not thread very well into the risers which I was not too happy about. I felt like I was going to cross-thread them. Re-routed brake line and clutch cable, adjusted bars and mirrors, it took about 1 1/2 hours. There was a lot of flex in the risers due to the rubber mounting sleeves in the top clamp. The flex made me feel very sketchy about controlling the bike although it seemed to ride fine. The riding position felt good, but I could not get past the flex.

I wasn't happy with Baron's on this one! For this much money these puppies should have bolted right up; no problem. After installation the handle bars were wobbly and didn't set right. I looked it over and decided to buy some additional washers for the top and bottom of the tripple tree. After three trips to various hardware stores I managed to get the job done. Baron's should have supplied all parts needed!!!!! The handling with the risers is not as good as with stock set up.
