Great mod, very quick and relatively easy way to drop the back of the bike. Had to grind it a bit, but nothing major. Bike still rides the same, but it feels way lower, and really changes the look of the back of the bike.

This worked good. It lowers it probably almost 2 inches. I had to grind it a little for it fit into the the spot where the original strut fit. No biggie. Also, the left side strut gets pushed out about 1/4 inch where it bolts together b/c they put the bracket dead center intstead of offset. Not a big deal don't think but if they had offset it 1/4 inch then it would've been perfect. Still works tho. Even after grinding took only about 45 minutes to install the whole thing. Ride was completely unaffected. Can't tell at all. Ride is virtually the same and even cosmetically only lowered it a tiny bit...no one would really notice a major change. it was worth the $90 tho for a slightly lower profile.
