Took dealership ,2 hrs to put it on, then tells me I should have ordered a stronger spring because I am going to now bottom out. Now I have to order the spring and pay another $85.00 to have same work done again....Make sure you do it all at one time. Will save you time and money.. Job is now complete and ride is wonderful.....Wife loves it, No more back pain....

Totally changes the image of the bike. Ride of bike doesn't change much. If anything, it improves it. Easy to install with a lift and the help of a friend. No need to remove rear tire just follow instructions at Road Star Clinic. Just buy the replacement bearings as opposed to trying to re-use the old ones. You'll save yourself a lot of time and they aren't all that expensive. May want to upgrade the spring to a heavier duty one at the same time.

Actually purchased the Pacific Coast Star lowering kit and with the lower center of gravity the bike feels more stable and has a more powerful look. Highly recommended but you should add the progressive spring also from PCS while doing this for more spring tension. Helps when having a passenger or hitting bumps and dips.
