The item bolts into the drive shaft easy enough but after 25,000KM the piece fell apart and was left dangelling off my bike by the wire for the light. The mounting bracket has a 90 degree turn in it where you mount to the drive shaft. The angled piece simply gave out and sheared off. Was never bent in any way. I've ordered the horizontal version and hope it does better.
