Just hook up to the pos& neg and run the wire out so you can plug it in when not in use.Everybody should have one of these You'll never have to worry about your battery going dead on you again.

This is a great idea. It works tirelessly to keep the battery charged during those long layoff times. Small and easy to install. I ran my plug-in wire next to the left side cover and it comes out between the cover and the rear peg. It tucks away easily when not in use.
