After installing these I needed to make some adjustments. Understandable since looking for just the sweet spot to rest your feet. On both clamps, I was unable to unscrew the clamps off. I was able to losen them just enough to twist into the spot I wanted (with help of a hammer). Basic clamps so I didn't expect much, but very unhappy with the quality. God help me if I ever need to readjust them again, or remove.
