Well, definitely a product that is made very well. Installation takes some time. I have the Kuryaken ISO grips and i didn't see that the thinnest rubber protective strip would even fit so i didn't use it. Tech support at Kuryaken said it would but no way was there room. Also, I have aftermarket Kuryaken chrome wide style levers. This required me to order the aluminum cam riser. That's an extra $16 with shipping, seems like as pricey as this cruise control is they would provide it as part of the deal. Wasn't happy about that but overall this looks like the best unit on the market.

What a difference. I had a lower end CC on my VTX 1800, but is was sub-standard as the price reflected. This purchase was well worth the money spent.

I recently ordered and received the brakeaway cruise control. I have been wanting it for some time now. I installed it today and took my bike out for a test run. This thing is wonderful on the road. It was easy to install and the instructions were easy to understand. If you do alot of road riding this product is a must.

I thought about getting this for almost a year, then got it last summer. It is great! A little hard to activate but well worth the small skill and effort it takes. Love the feature of it going off when the brake lever moves at all. Adjusting it at first was a bit tricky, set it up and ride to try it out then readjust it. Took about 6 tries but I enjoy fiddling with things like that. Once finally set it is great. I did have to do some grinding on my wide brake lever to set the clearance just right, this might be a bit hard for someone without air tools. I only gave it a 3 on ease to install but that is for someone who doesn't like diddling with mechanical components. Get a air compressor and air tools, you won't regret that either. Larry

Never had a cruise control on a motorcycle before, but after 2 + hours in the saddle, it's nice to be able to take your right hand off the throttle, continue cruising, and drop the arm down at your side for a few seconds. Very high quality workmanship and design. This cruise control (more accurately a throttle clamp) works superbly! Easy to set, very quick to release (2 different methods) and easy to install and adjust. I've had this unit for about 6 months and would not be without it!

Good installation instructions. Had to call for a little tech help because of my type of grips. Tech advice was very helpful.

So far seems to be built well, light weight, and has detailed instructions on how to install it. I had a simpler version on my other bike with this, but now I will try this one out. After taking my time installing it and reading through the instructions as I went, I got it on. Seems to hold the throttle fine and releases well with the push of a button or the brake. Went fine over the ISO grips that I have.

I've owned this product for two riding seasons now. I take 2 to 3 1000+ mile trips each year. This product has worked flawlessly on all the trips. I can't tell you how much more pleasurable each ride is because of this product. While this item is a bit pricey, it should be considered a necessity if you ride any distances at all. Almost everything else that you find for your bike on this site is an accessory.

I just installed it and haven't been on long road trip yet; just the morning commute. I think it's going to be great. I had a little bit of difficulty installing on my ISO Grips but managed okay. Pay very close attention to the instructions and follow them down to every detail. Especially the part about the "tiny screws" that hold the ring cap on. They will strip very easily. It took me about 2.5 hours to install but I was watching the All Star game at the same time.

Another must have product. This is the answer to weary throttle wrist. It is not exactly a snap fitting it on, but once done it seems to stay in place and not need any further adjustment. I had the ISO grips and was concerned about it fitting over the pads - no problem. A little soap applied and on they go. They also look fantastic. Expensive? Yes, but worth it on the long rides.
