When ordering online, you will see the phrase "Estimated Ship Date" or "Usually ships within xxx business days".
This is a average calculation of the time it takes us to receive the product from stocking warehouses and the
time it takes us to ship it from our California USA location (Once in CA location, ships within 1 business day).
Most orders ship complete once all items are in stock.
Keep in mind, we do our best to make sure all orders ship
by their estimated ship date but on rare occasions this date may change. You can check your estimated ship date
by going on your online order status page and you will also receive a update via email for any changes to your
estimated ship date.

In the event of your order being lost or damaged in transit we will replace the contents for free.
Lost or damaged shipments will be replaced following the conclusion of a shipping claim with the courier.

By selecting the "I want my items faster. Ship items as they become available." option, Cruiser Customizing, Inc.
will split your order into shipments from multiple locations. By shipping from locations around the country,
we are able to expedite most items on your order.
If you choose to ship your order faster from multiple locations you will be charged the appropriate shipping and
handling fee as designated on Delivery and Payment Options page where you review your order before processing.
Credit card payment is required for this option and you will receive a separate charge for each shipment on
your billing statement. Please be aware, you will only be charged when your items ship.
"Amount equal to tax"
For your convenience, all tax, duty and custom fees will be collected and stated upon checkout to ensure our Canadian customers will not be charged an additional fee upon delivery and receipt of the order, eliminating possible inconvenience and delays.
All orders that are shipped to Canada are subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees").
