These pipes sound great...wayyyyy better than the stock 2-in-1. Thinking about either pulling the baffles out or replacing them with Thunder Monsters, though. Update: I pulled the baffles out, with very little loss in throttle control. She's got a nice growl to her now, and I've been running with no baffles since about Holiday Season 2010.

I had this Cobra pipes since I bought my bike and tell you they are wonderful. The chrome finish is very nice and lasting, never gets bluish. I'm very happy with them and will never change for any other brand.

I just finished installing these drag pipes on my 2006 750 Shadow Aero to replace the stock pipes. The job went smoothly without any special tools. What a difference! These come with a short removeable baffle which I was going to remove. That's before I fired up the bike. I've had other 750's with aftermarket pipes but these sounded great right out of the box. I spoke with a representative who told me that most installs don't require a carb kit. I was skeptical but fired it up anyway. He was right. These pipes did not need a carb kit on my bike. The bike runs smooth with no lean backfire. I can't say it will work on every bike, but I feel like I got a $100 discount by not having to re-jet. I'm very happy with the purchase. This is a very good product and they look awesome on the bike.

I dont know if these are the exact ones that i have on my bike b/c they were on there when i bought the bike but they are the closest looking ones. Either way my cobra pipes are loud as hell and set car alarms off all the time. All my Harley buddies even give me compliments.

I got the drap pipes about 2 weeks ago. Sound great with Baffles out. but have weird sound at times. No more performace with jet kit and K&N air filter. I didn't get a bracket with these pipes what I though was weird. I did go to store and bought 1/4 steal drilled two holes and put my own bracket cause I didn't think it was right they dont have a bracket. Update 7-1-2010. I have had pipes for about 3 years now. The pipes are rusting all over the place have to clean about once every other month. The chrome is starting to come off in sports. I would not buy these pipes again.

These pipes are the best accessory I've added to the Shadow. My bike's as loud as any Harley with these bad boys and in terms of overall riding...they've made my life much better, I now have no problems keeping up with the big boys on the highway. They really transform what the bike felt like with the original pipes. In addition to this...the look wicked!!!
