It was returned and a new one shipped, it took about 7-10 days total. lets start with the packaging... the plastic wrap is very tight on the light bar it takes patience and care getting it off. second in the big package box out side the shrink wrap there are two loose spacers and electrical connector, so take care opening the box. they put a blue splice connector that you use, loosely over a 20" wire they supply(it doesn't go there, it slides off, kinda decieving)they could have put a round male connector in the box.(my bike and a round female connector not a flat one) read directions, instal takes about 30-45 mins.
