Factory settings were a little off. Have been adjusting the past several weeks and has very little popping now. Got the settings at 2-2-1 now and may do a little more adjusting later. I had to return the first one after the install since gas was pouring out of my exhaust. Cobra replace it no problem although the customer service guy I talked with was an idiot (shipping problem). I have never worked on bikes before but I did it in about 2.5hrs. I noticed an instant difference in performance when i fired up my bike. My friends noticed as well, they were somewhat jealous! It seems that the engine runs smoother and I noticed less vibration while riding. Like the company says, the FI200R virtually eliminates 'pop' when you roll off the throttle. I would recommend this to anyone who is planning on upgrading their exhaust. If you would like to see how I installed this on my bike email me for step-by-step instructions with detailed pictures.
