Absolute must-have

If you've tuned your XVS 950 with a slip-on baffle and an improved air intake and you're bothered by the lean condition (resulting in popping and other John Deeresque noises) like me, look no further and get this EFI processor. It solves these problems, dramatically improves throttle response, power delivery throughout the rev band, and improves top-end power. Installation requires a bit of patience due to restricted hand room under the petrol tank, but it's not that bad. O2 cable is a lot easier to put in place, especially if you remove the right hand side cover. Took me 30 minutes to install, mainly because I was lazy enough to find a piece of wood to keep the tank up, and because I kept on trying fixing the rear injector from the left hand side. This said, I'm still in the midst of fine-tuning the EFI unit, and am pretty close from perfection now. It definitely is worth the bother.

Overall, the installation would have gone smoother if my hands were smaller or there was more room under the tank. I defintely recommend using needle nose plyers for disconnecting the stock connectors. Performance wise, it's great!
