It's not obvious from the single picture here, but this is 2-piece set of bars versus a single piece bar that goes all the way around. It attaches at the bottom near the foot controls (pushed forward a bit by a bracket) and to the frame at the top. That was a bit disappointing to me because I'm a tall guy (6'3") and I can't really use the highway bars to rest my feet. So for me, this product is just a nice visual addition to the bike, and I like it for that purpose. If your legs aren't as long as mine, you may be able to install some pegs and use it for an alternate place to rest your feet. Nice solid piece either way.

Looks good. I would have given it 5 stars if it didn't scratch the powder coat off my frame - where it clamps on. If you get it, be careful, you may need to pry it open a bit to keep from scratching your bike. Otherwise, it's good looking, and was pretty easy to get on (I had my stock pipe off because I was moving my pegs, so no prob with pipes in the way, etc. EDIT: WHERE WAS THIS WHEN I PURCHASED?! and what does it mean? Anyway, all seems ok on my bike... "Important Disclaimer: On the 01-03 ACE models the pegs are narrower, most pegs won't fit those models, please contact us for details. "

Not the easiest thing to install. had to loosen the hole exhaust to move it out of the way. but once it's on, it looks good and works.

Great looking bars, installation was a little tricky considering that on the right side, I had to remove the pipes to get to the footpeg screw.. Directions say to remove the pipe mounting bolt and move pipes out of the way.......That didnt make any sense, as there wasnt 1 mounting bolt that would allow the pipes to be swung out of the way.... Other than that, they look and work great

MMM... Daddy likey the shiny objects. Like everyone else says, a bit rough to install at times, but quick. I had to pop off my cobra pipe for install, more of a pain to get around radiator cover though. The install is quick and can be done by yourself, just need some pegs now.

Looks great on the bike and was very easy to put on. Would have been harder to install but I already had the front pipe off. You might have to loosen the front pipe to get the longer bolt in (might not be a problem with stock exhaust I have Hard Krome Kickers). Also be careful with the three wires on the right side when you put the top clamp on.

They look good but they have a bit of an inward angle that makes it hard to position footpegs.
