If you wanted to ride all folded up like some sort of origami crane, you wouldn't be riding a cruiser in the first place, so stretch out in comfort with a set of Cobra freeway bars. Fabricated from super-stout 1.25-inch steel tube with heavy-duty welded flanges and mounting hardware. Nothing says "Comin' through" like a pair of freeway bars, and Cobra's are the best.

Ordered on Thursday and was on my doorstep on Saturday. the finish is great. The install on the other had was a bit rough. First thing you have to do is enlarge the 4 holes in your neck brace gusset. No problems there. the problem comes after you have it loosely bolted to any 3 of the 4 mounting points. getting the 4th point lined up is a b*tch. I ended up using the left side motor mount bolt as my last connection to make to the bike because it was the easiest to access. I am someone that likes to be out in my garage working on everything by myself with no help but on this one I had to enlist the help of my daughter to start bolts wile i tweeked around on the bar to get it into position. Another problem I ran into was getting a wrench or socket on the bolts from the back side of the neck brace gussets. I ended up bending a wrench to the exact angle i needed and it worked out nicely

The first accessory that I added to the bike. Gives the bike a meatier look. Needs more than two hands for install if you value your sanity. Welds are a little sloppy, but overall a nice product.

if u have vance & hines pipes on the 98 aero its a pain to put these on. gotta loosen one of the pipes to get the bolt in. after about 2 hrs of constantly dropping the nuts and bolt into the radiator fan i got them both in and they look great
