Not only does it make the bike look bigger and adds chrome, but having a place to stretch out on longer rides is great. The install wasn't difficult at all. Maybe an hour with the peg install as well. Only disappointment is seeing the the price is $10 cheaper now when I reviewed it compared to when I just bought it 2 weeks ago. Everything lined up quite nicely. I started with the two top bolts and was able to line everything up by myself with ease. They did bulk up the bike quite a bit and I am starting to get used to the new look, but with the pegs installed I have comfort at last. I had the small Yamaha bars before and they were not wide enough to stretch out. With these I can have my highway pegs down low which allows me a little more comfortable ride. I tend to find myself using my highway pegs way more than the stock peg location. Installation was pretty straight forward and instructions were provided with the bars in the packaging. It looks especially nice on the V-Stars. I originally had the Yamaha 1" bars that not only bent at the bottom brackets, but were absolute garbage! These bars are sturdy, strong and tough looking.
