Nice pad. It looks good, and provides extra comfort and saftey. I hope it goes well with the mustang seat I just ordered. I will update when I get it. Well, installed the mustang seat and this pad matches pretty good. I will probably have it reupholstered to more clsley match, but it is certainly not a priority.

I actually bought a back rest, sissy bar and rack for the Nomad on ebay and installed it on my Classic. I had to modify it to fit my bracket but it turned out fantasticlly and sturdy. Write me if you want to know how I did it. All the ratings are based on mine, not Cobra's

Freedom pad provides extra support on the back. This is a must have item if you're buying a sissy bar for that special someone. They will appreciate it! Bought this w/ the tall sissy bar through a local dealer. I installed it myself to save on labor. Very easy to install. Save yourself the money, do it yourself. It takes 2 minutes to put on the sissy bar.

looks pretty good on a beefy bike like the VTX. If you fork up the dough and get the back plate with it, the bottom of the plate extends a little past the bottom of this pad showing the bottom point of the plate. Anyway, if you didn't understand that, just know that it looks cool as hell.

This pad replaced the original backrest. It allows the passenger to sit further back on the seat making it easier to hold on to the strap. My wife likes this better than the back rest that came with the Ultimate X Seat.
