These pipes were on my V-Star 1100 Custom when I first bought it but I opted to re-install the stock OEM twin pipes shortly after buying the bike. However, after having nearly been run over several times since then I’ve ordered an air horn AND I will reinstall these pipes because they are LOUD (louder than a Harley).

PREFERRED THE PCS MONSTER PRO BOMBER SPEEDBALL for lightweight, excellence in performance design and unmatched deep sound growl, worthy of its monster name. The mounting is perfect and direct into the cylinder blocks eliminating the use of the factory elbow for more free-flowing and smoother exhaust. I chose the Ceramikrome to match with bike's existing chromed set-up. However, there were a couple of set backs during installation. One is that the holes in the billet chrome tip and on the muffler end didn't align and missed by about 2 mils. Second is that the two bolts holding the rear bracket to the frame, which is very visible were just standard zinc coated ones (ugly). They should have at least supplied the polished stainless type for durability, corrosion free and better aesthetics.
