First of all it is one of the hardest parts to find in Cruiser Customizing's web site. The part number needs to have a 0 infront of the 4 in order for it to come up. NOW for the fit of this unit, it doesn't bottom line. It is not designed for a 2006 750 Shadow Spirit at all and has to be modified inorder for it to fit. It has bolt holes for mounting bolts that don't exist and you need to drill these holes in your chrome signal light in order for them to be secured properly. The treads where they mount to the bike are put in plastic which will not withstand any vibration at all. Bottom line not worth the aggravation.
