replaced a set put on by past owner thaqt got broken, so wire extension was already done. pushes turnsignal back to allow saddlebags, bad design error by honda not taking that into account from the beginning.

So far so good! I was a bit nervous about swapping to these hard plastic shorteners as a replacement for the longer OEM rubber spacers. Others had mentioned problems of the plastic cracking due to the heavy vibrations of the single-pin ACE 1100 motor. I have had them on for 4 years now with no problems in sight. I do need to mention that I put a bead of black silicone around each end to absorb some of the vibrations, so that may have helped as well.

My bike had these on them from the previous owner. Nice that they are shorter but which they had been made to hide the wires better.

I added these the first time three years ago when I added leather saddle bags. Later I had a short in the wire and had a garage fix the wire while they had the bike in for an oil change. Big mistake. The mechanic (or shoemaker) working on my bike put the turn signal back on without the proper washer. It slowly chewed through the rail. I tried adding larger washers, but nothing would keep the light bolted on. I called Cobra and they sent out a new rail, no charge. Thanks cobra.

Tucked in the turn signals for better looks. Was a little difficult to install. Required a little modification in order to fit.

They will cause the stock plastic signals to crack and fall off due to excessive vibration. They are a good idear but they should be made of a shock absorbing material not hard plastic, there is a reason the signals are mounted on rubber stems.
