They do the job. Packaging is awful, spent as much time unpacking them as installing them. Should have come with longer bolts, I have read that is a common complaint, why hasn't Cobra fixed the issue?

Don't EVEN think that you can use saddle bags without these. That's the only reason I paid 80.00 for them. Without these, your bags might not get chewed up in the wheels, but they will rub the paint off your fender.
