I waited a week until my saddlebags arrived and when I installed them I had no trouble lining up the bolts. I'm glad I ordered the short sissy bar. I like the low profile so that it doesn't take away too much from the lines of the bike. Not dorky like some other sissy bars. the pad is not super comfortable like taller sissy bars but ther is an optional larger pad you can purchase.
