All mounting hardware is included, but I opted to use the original 12&14mm chrome bolts, as these looked better than the allen head bolts that were supplied, The original bolts are about 1/16" short of passsing all the way through fender supports. I also purchased a Cobra Luggage rack - Tubed, part #BLV2-3500. Also very easy to install, chrome finish looks great.
