One thing is to paint the bottom bracket black with high heat paint so that it looks good instead of the chrome bracket showing.Also the clamps that come with the slip-ons turn them around threads facing frame. Just as one ealier review wrote, I did have to paint the chrome bracket to black, too. I did a lot of searching, and this site did offer the best "out the door" price (because the shipping was free and no tax). The sound quality is just what I was looking for... nice throaty tone with a decent punch when you roll the throttle. Much more aggresive than the stock exahuse; it's nice to be able to hear my bike over other vehicles when taking off, but not so lound as to make others want to cover their ears.
