I ordered this light bar because it was supposed to fit with the factory windshield. You should be aware that this will NOT fit with most windshields. You will need to order or make a relocation bracket to fit the light bar. I installed it without the windshield and it looked and worked fantastic. I wanted my windshield back on the bike so I spent about 6 hours modifying the light bar and fabing up a relocation bracket so I could reinstall the windshield. Now with both on the bike it is dressed exactly as I like it.

Had no problems with wiring, one wire to switch, other I just clamped onto low beam wire of headlight. 15 minutes and was working fine. Just a note: check the style that you want. ordered one pictured here and received the style with turnsignals turned out, not down. This is the only reason i gave it a 4 instead of 5 rating. Looks great on the bike. OEM windshield fit perfectly, might need to trim slightly will have to try out when weather gets better.
