Very easy to install. Awesome sound compared to stock. Was able to adjust fuel/air mix enough that I didn't have to re-jet the carb. Installed a K&N filter at the same time. Very happy!

Great sounding pipes they are loud but for me not to loud. They are quieter than straight pipes with out baffles but people will know you are there. I put them on about 5 years ago great quality. I just recently noticed that the chrome on the tips was starting to peel off so I called Cobra and with out hassle the told me to send them in. I should receive new tips in a couple of days. A+ service from Cobra

whoa! i love the sound of the pipes! much more meatier and deep sounding. i was comparing between this one and the V&H cruzers. i finally chose this one because the styling looks better than the cruzers (the cruzers look like slip-ons). also the sound is deeper than V&H. i did a bit of shopping and sound comparison before committing to buy these. also the stock pipes were really heavy so you'll save a lot of weight! i still have my stock airbox and jets, so time will tell if i need to rejet the carbueretor in the future. best investment on your bike!

Nice pipes, the chrome started flakeing off the tips (look to be made of cheap pot metal) but I took those off anyway. Very loud with the baffles in, take em out and they will set off every car alarm for a mile around. The opening is 2 1/2 inch making it hard to find new tips (all the cool looking ones are 2 1/4), it looks good enough without the tips though. There is no blueing anywhere. The sound quality is great, if you want to be loud but not obnoxious, leave the baffles in, if you want them out its a simple as 4 screws.

These have a nice sound from the moment you start the bike. The increaded power off the line is very noticable. Oddly the bike road best at 85MPH with the stock pipes, but 75MPH with Cobra pipes. Once the air intake was modified and new jet kit was installed I started getting 60 miles per gallon. These pipe will pay for themselves.

These pipes roar! If you are looking for a low rumble, that really lights up when you hit the throttle, don't pass on these. Not to mention that they look great! I installed at the same time as the K&N, desnorkel, and jet kit, what a difference. Although I knew it would be different, I am still very happily surprised.

the aero 750 definitely needs s much beefier sound and these pipes do the trick. Just loud enough to not be obnoxious but still provide the needed "umph". They look alot better on the bike than in the product picture, and install was relatively easy. The clamp system was a little tricky but figured out. As far as performance they seem to make speeds of 60+ seem alot easier on the motor -with the stock pipes I felt like anything 60+ was kind of pushing it. I personally have had no problem with any loud embarassing backfires like some other people seem to, but when I let off the throttle in higher gears there are some deep "pops" but i don't see them as anything terrible. This could probably be helped by a new jet kit but I can't come up with the $4000 that the mechanics in my town would probably end up charging for it. Overall, I like the look and sound of these pipes and would get them again for sure.

Looks absolutely great but a bit loud for the uk regulations especially in built up areas. I did initially add baffle wadding (as per Cobra tech advice) but that only dulled the sound slightly. Cobra dont supply quieterbaffles for these pipes so I have tack welding a large washer in the rear of the baffles to provide some back pressure and remove the resinence that was given me headaches. The result is the pipes are deeper in sound and dont make your ears bleed when you get off the bike, the other bonus is an improvement in torque. Easy fit - took me about an hour and installed them on my own with the use of a bungy strap and only found the instructions after I had fitted them dooooh. I havent fitted a jet kit as there is no backfire on throttle shut off or gearing down - its a case of if it aint broken then dont fix it in my case, and the bike is running real sweet. If anyone wants more detail on the baffle restrictor then e mail me and I will send you more info/pictures!!

These are great pipes. They produce a deep rumble sound and let people know you are coming down the street. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get rid of their stock pipes.

This exhaust really added some much needed beef to the sound and handeling of my Aero.... I would recommend this to anyone, and with the right socket set was a breeze to install.
