But will take some modification to make it work on the V Star 1100 Classic if used to replace the stock tail light in the original location. A thicker gasket will also need to be used. It will cover the original 3 holes from your old light but not both Tag bracket and tail light holes. This is not a direct replacement, but if you are willing to do the extra work you will be happy.
